① Production consultation and ordering After you decide balloon size, quantity, and delivery date, we modify the original character to fit the balloon production. Colors are designated by Pantone color code. | ② Sample production Sample is manually made to decide size, design, etc. After going through all the revisions, we finalize sample. Our production is making a shape mold, copper plates to print, and preparation proper fabric. We provide this character balloon with plastic clip holder and 25cm stick. Sample is provided in photos only. | ③ Check colors Printed fabric colors are checked by comparing the printed fabric with Pantone color chips, and printing is competed with final confirmed colors. | ④ Production completed Printed fabric colors are checked by comparing the printed fabric with Pantone color chips, and printing is completed with final product is completed after going through all production process of cutting, sealing, and attaching the injection port using the printed fabric. |
